ELECTIONS

Three board members  complete a three year term in 2010; Gerald Bechstein, Greg Miller, and Karen Radtke.  All three have  expressed interest in continuing to serve the Estate Fish Bay Owners Association. The Board, acting as a nominating committee, presents this slate for your consideration to be voted on  at the May 8h Annual Meeting.  Nominations will also be accepted at the meeting.

Gerald, Greg and Karen have served on the Fish Bay Board of Directors for a number of years and each is an asset to the board and this community.  Gerald Bechstein  works as an electrician for Angel Electric, Karen Radtke along with husband Dave Carlson own Carlson Construction, and Greg Miller is an engineer and owns his own survey and engineering company,   Their individual knowledge of construction and engineering and their ability to work as a team to resolve issues that come before the board in a fair and equitable manner are attributes which we need on the board.

Our major activity in 2009 -2010 has involves the construction of erosion control measures including paving, swales, gutters, gabion basket retaining walls and culverts using  the NOAA Coastal & Marine Habitat Restoration funding obtained under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 to reduce watershed runoff and protect coastal & marine habitats in Fish Bay.  Come out to the annual meeting and learn more about these projects.
